Magnesium Oil

What you will need

• Measuring cup

• Glass bowl

• ½ cup Magnesium Chloride flakes

• ½ cup Distilled Water

• Spray bottle

Method

• Boil the distilled water.

• Add the magnesium chloride flakes in the cup or bowl. Pour the boiling water over it.

• Stir continuously until the flakes dissolve completely.

• After it cools, transfer the content to the spray bottle.

• This magnesium oil can be stored at room temperature for approximately 6 months.

Notes

The elemental content of magnesium chloride is 12%. This recipe contains about 30 grams of magnesium.
