Returns and Refunds
At MineralBalancing.org, we are committed to making sure that every purchase you make is the best ever. However, occasionally a service may not meet your expectations. If you find that you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please read our return and cancellation policies below.
Requesting a Return
To request a return, please contact support. Just make sure your item is eligible for a return (see below for more details). If it is, send us an email by clicking on ‘connect’ in the navigation bar above.
Please include your name and/or order number with all returns for reference. We will provide you with an address to send your order to.
Non-Refundable Fee on all Purchases
An Admin Fee of AU$50 and the PayPal fees paid by us will be deducted from your refund total. PayPal fees are calculated 4% of the Invoice Amount.
If you have paid via Bank Deposit, you will only have to pay the Admin Fee.
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)
If you have not mailed in your hair sample, we can provide a refund minus the admin and PayPal fees. If you have mailed in your hair sample, we cannot offer a refund.
Mineral Balancing Programs/Consultations (not including the HTMA)
You may cancel your program/consultation for a refund minus the admin and PayPal fees, if you have not claimed/used any of the features. Any features used will be deducted from the refund price.
Supplements purchased directly from us
Within 60 days of purchase, you may return all unopened supplements, at your own postage cost, for a refund minus the paypal fees.
Recommended Products or Affiliate Products
Products recommended by John Bumpus, but sold or fulfilled on external websites and shipped from other companies, are subject to that company's individual return policies and are not handled by MineralBalancing.org. Please contact these companies for returns/refunds.
These products include Clearlight infrared saunas, Youngevity products and supplement companies.
Processing your Refund
In most cases, your refund will be issued within a few days of our receipt of your return.
Shipping Costs for Returns
We will offer a prepaid return label if the return is a result of our error (you received the incorrect item, etc.). Otherwise, the shipper will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Cancellation Policy for Physical Product Orders
We generally ship all orders within 24–48 hours of placement, but we may be able to cancel your order prior to shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible upon placing your order if you would like to request cancellation.
Cancellation Policy for Practitioner Appointments
John Bumpus and Bumpus Family Trust understands that life is full of unplanned activities that can disrupt our schedules.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with your practitioner, we require that notice be given at least 12-hours in advance. If a cancellation is made after that time, you may be charged a Non-Attendance fee of AU$40.
If you are not present for your session, you may also be charged a Non-Attendance fee of AU$40.
