Megasporebiotic Nasal Spray
This is an easy recipe which helps many people that are struggling with sinus issues. I first learned about this probiotic nasal spray from Dr Klinghardt. He mentioned that it is beneficial for those that have suffered with nasal congestion for years, allergies, chronic sinusitis, MARCoNS (Multiple Antibiotic Resistant Coagulase Negative Staphylococci) among other conditions.
After some experimentation with it, I have found Megasporebiotic to be helpful in conjunction with an Integrative Mineral Balancing Program. I feel that the nutrients and probiotics are synergistic.
The nasal passage has a sophisicated microbiome just like other areas of the body (source). In some instances, we may recommend Megasporebiotic to be taken orally or through a nasal spray, depending on their situation. If you are looking to use Megasporebiotic in Australia, please contact me.
Please discard the remainder of this nasal spray each week and only make in small batches at the amounts you need.

Add saline at a ratio of 1 capsules per 10ml saline solution into the nasal spray bottle. Put the lid on the bottle and shake. Let the mixture culture at room temperature for atleast 2 hours.

For extra support for infections; spray argentyn or colloidal silver every four days and then use the probiotic nasal spray.
Notes
We find that the neti pot is quite helpful in many instances, and that salt water and even cistus tea can be used. However, using a neti pot more than once per week we have found to be not so beneficial for the nasal microbiome.
In the event that the nasal spray becomes clogged, we have found using very thin copper wire can clear it quite easily. This may be more difficult to do for the elderly.
